By creating an account or using SiteSpotMaker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who can use SiteSpotMaker
You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use SiteSpotMaker for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
2. Your content and your responsibility
- You keep ownership of the material you supply and the content you create. You give us only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service.
- Only use websites, photos, logos and other material you own or have permission to use.
- Review everything before you post it. AI-generated content can contain mistakes; you are responsible for what you publish.
- Views expressed in your content are your own and not those of SiteSpotMaker.
3. Content rules
You must not create or upload content that contains nudity or sexual material; involves children inappropriately; is hateful, harassing, violent or threatening; is false or misleading advertising; infringes anyone's rights; or breaks any law. The SiteSpotMaker owners may review and remove content that appears to break these rules and may suspend or close accounts that do.
4. Free trial and paid plans
New members can make 3 finished videos and use every feature free for 2 days, with no card needed. After that the account moves to the free plan. More videos or content require a paid plan; prices and billing terms will be shown clearly before you pay. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory rights, including any right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days where the law gives it.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Your creations are private to your account.
6. Service availability
We work to keep SiteSpotMaker available and accurate but provide it "as is". We may change or pause features to improve or protect the service.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the results of content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Closing your account
You may ask us to close your account at any time through the Talk to us form. We delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post changes here. Questions? Use the Talk to us form.
